Role Overview

We are looking for an
Accounts & Finance Administrator

to manage end-to-end financial operations, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate accounting records. You will work closely with the Finance Manager, Administration, and other teams to handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, statutory filings, and financial reporting.

What You'll Work On

1. Accounts & Bookkeeping

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions in
    Tally Prime Gold

or QuickBooks.
- Maintain general ledger, balance statements, and P&L accounts.
- Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations and cash management reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable; reconcile financial statements.

2. Invoicing & Client Management

  • Raise invoices to clients based on sales terms and follow up for timely clearance.
  • Maintain legal contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Assist with investor-related work such as issuing CCD certificates.
  • Prepare, send, and store invoices; contact clients for payment reminders.

3. Payroll & Employee Expenses

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Review staff reimbursements and expense vouchers.
  • Collaborate with administration for employee travel requests and project-related expenditures.

4. Compliance & Taxation

  • Prepare and file
    TDS

and
GST

on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Ensure all statutory compliance filings are completed accurately and on time.
- Identify and address discrepancies in accounts, invoices, or tax filings.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Assist Finance Manager in monthly and year-end closing processes.
  • Generate reports on accounts payable/receivable, cash flows, and project-wise expenditures.
  • Maintain both electronic and hard copies of financial reports, vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.

6. Collaboration & Ownership

  • Take ownership of day-to-day finance operations and reporting.
  • Support multiple projects by processing payments, vouchers, invoices, and journal entries.
  • Participate in periodic performance reviews and ensure compliance with company policies.

Who You Are

2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or accounts administration.

Hands-on experience with
Tally, QuickBooks, Excel

, and other accounting tools.

Strong understanding of payroll, TDS, GST, accounts reconciliation, and statutory compliance.

Meticulous, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with financial data.

Comfortable coordinating with multiple internal teams, clients, and vendors.
