Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage maintenance operations across 200+ cafes in 3 regions.
  • Actively engage in ground-level maintenance work to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of recurring technical issues and implement permanent solutions.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of kitchen equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns.
  • Manage vendor network and AMC contracts, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
  • Optimize maintenance costs without compromising service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of regional technicians and staff.
  • Track and report maintenance KPIs such as uptime, cost, and response time.

  • Strong technical expertise in QSR/restaurant or related industrys maintenance operations.
  • Ability to handle large-scale operations across multiple regions.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
