As an Associate Director, you will lead a talented team of SAP Basis professionals, driving projects related to system installations, upgrades, and performance enhancements. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP Basis operations, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability of SAP systems.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and support of SAP Basis solutions across various projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions and enhance system functionality.
- Drive strategic planning initiatives to optimize the SAP landscape and implement best practices.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering their professional growth and skills enhancement.
- Manage system maintenance, upgrades, and migration projects, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including system architecture and operational processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 14-20 years of experience in SAP Basis administration and management roles.
- Proven expertise in SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and overall SAP functionality.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of leading complex SAP projects from inception to completion.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong communication skills, able to effectively articulate technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
