Skill: SAP BASISExp: 6 - 12 yearsLocation: HyderabadMust Have- Experience in handling the issues related to SAP BASIS and maintaining SAP application and infrastructure. - For users globally to ensure decent project delivery, service delivery, incident management, problem management, and change management. - Analyze the systems and work directly with users to define system requirements, design and propose solutions and need to share the knowledge with the team. - Performing SAP standard daily/weekly/monthly activities - Meeting directly with users to find out their SAP-related needs and incorporate these needs into a cohesive plan.Good to Have:- Expertise in SUM tools - Expertise in managing SAP Landscapes. - Expertise on core basis technical tasks like installation, Migration, Upgrade etc - Expertise in DB refresh, restore, recovery. - Strong troubleshooting skills with proven ability to analyze and determine root cause and provide resolution for complex issues. - Excellent written and verbal communicationResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role:- Execute common SAP and industry standards in daily/weekly/monthly activities - Good experience in Installation/Upgrade/Migration activities using SUM tool - Support add-on installations in addition to support packages and enhancement - Experience with OS level activities - Router Installation / Upgrade - Good knowledge on database level (E.g., HANA/ SYBASE/MAXDB/Oracle) - Good knowledge on Mail/ Printer / TMS configurations - Good Knowledge on DB refresh activities. - Strong troubleshooting and decision making skills.
