We are seeking a motivated, empathetic, and results-driven Tele-caller cum Counsellor to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers. You will be responsible for engaging with leads over the phone, understanding their needs through effective counselling, and guiding them toward the best. Recruitment services, courses to meet their goals. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a persuasive yet consultative approach, and a passion for helping people.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Engagement & Outreach:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to leads generated through various marketing channels.
  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries from prospective customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Effectively qualify leads and identify potential customers by understanding their requirements and interests.

2. Counselling & Consultation:

  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing detailed and accurate information about our educational courses, Placement, lead generation.
  • Utilize active listening and empathetic communication to understand the prospect's needs, motivations, and pain points.
  • Provide personalized guidance and solutions, helping prospects make informed decisions that are right for them.

3. Sales & Conversion:

  • Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our [products/services].
  • Address objections and concerns in a positive and informative manner.
  • Persuade and guide qualified leads towards [enrolment/purchase/subscription].
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion goals.

4. Follow-up & Relationship Management:

  • Maintain a systematic and consistent follow-up schedule with potential leads through calls, emails, and messages.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for every individual you interact with.

5. Data Management & Reporting:

  • Diligently record and update all interactions, lead status, and notes in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Maintain an organized database of all leads and contacts.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activity, lead progress, and conversion rates to the management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7, ₹20,000.00 per month
