We are looking for a skilled finance professional to join our team as an Executive - Income Audit (Finance) in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Conduct thorough audits of financial transactions and accounts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze financial data and identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective audit plans and procedures to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve audit findings and recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing audit results and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and legislation affecting the hospitality industry.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Excel and other relevant tools.
