Job Title: Audit Intern Online In-Camera Verification

Department: Internal Audit / Operations Audit

Location: [Bangalore ]

Duration: Internship ( 6 Months)

Reporting To: Regional / Zonal Audit Manager

Job Summary:The Audit Intern will be responsible for assisting the Audit Department in conducting online in-camera verification of branch operations, employee activities, and customer transaction records. The role focuses on supporting digital audit initiatives, ensuring compliance, and maintaining operational transparency through real-time monitoring and verification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-camera (CCTV) verification of branch activities to ensure adherence to company policies and audit standards.
  • Review and verify operational and transactional activities as per audit checklist.
  • Identify deviations, document observations, and report findings to the Audit Manager.
  • Support in data validation, video monitoring, and reporting of suspicious activities or policy violations.
  • Assist in preparing audit reports and maintaining proper documentation of reviewed footage.
  • Coordinate with regional and branch teams for follow-up on discrepancies or clarifications.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • Support the audit team in special audits, spot checks, or remote verifications as assigned.
  • Maintain daily verification logs and submit summaries for review.
  • Skills & Competencies Required:Strong observation and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
  • Good communication and reporting ability.
  • Attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential data.
  • Ability to work under supervision and meet timelines.

Eligibility:

  • Only Graduate students pursuing Commerce, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Candidates with knowledge or interest in audit, compliance, or operations monitoring will be preferred.
