Role: Management Trainee – Website & Digital Sales

We are seeking an ambitious 
MBA graduate
 to join as a 
Management Trainee
 focused on enhancing our website and digital presence to drive 
online sales and lead generation
.

Responsibilities:

· Work with the marketing and tech teams to 
optimize the company website
 for lead conversion and e-commerce.

· Analyze website performance (traffic, SEO, conversion rates) and recommend improvements.

· Develop and execute strategies to generate 
online leads and direct sales
.

· Collaborate on digital campaigns (SEO, paid media, referral programs) to drive inbound interest.

· Monitor competitor websites and market trends to identify opportunities.

Requirements:

· MBA with specialization in Marketing, Strategy, or related fields.

· Strong analytical skills and comfort with tools like 
Excel, Google Analytics, and CRM systems
.

· Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online sales funnels.

· Ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and work collaboratively across departments.

· A fast learner who thrives in a 
fast-paced environment
 and can contribute across multiple functions.
