Job Location – Bangalore (Hybrid)
Reporting to – Senior Manager and above
Key Responsibilities –
- Creating and managing tailor-made portfolios for clients that meet their financial needs and requirements
- Providing timely and sound financial advice to maximize client benefits
- Ensuring active client engagement and participation in financial planning through after-sales service and client outreach
- Generating revenues by aligning appropriate financial instruments to meet client's financial goals. Job involves working with reasonable targets
- Acquiring new clients through referrals and innovative marketing initiatives
- Representing the organization in public and corporate-sponsored events
- Conducting workshops in organizations as part of go-to market strategy
Qualifications –
- Postgraduate in any discipline
- Certified Financial Planner (CFPCM) I Certifications in NISM X-A and X-B
- Minimum 1 year of industry experience
- Candidates with experience in financial services industry is mandatory

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills
- Capability to explain complex information in a simple manner
- Ability to network and establish relationships with clients
- Research and analytical skills
- Negotiation and influencing skills as well as determination and tenacity
- Strong entrepreneurial drive

- Ability to engage with people and build deep and high-quality relationships
