  • Set up and operate 5 AXIS/TREVISAN/CNC/VMC/HMC/VTL machines.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and job orders.
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
  • Perform basic preventive maintenance and report machine issues.
  • Measure finished parts using instruments like calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
  • Ensure parts meet quality standards and tolerances.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10th, 12th, Any degree, ITI, Diploma, Fitter, or Machinist trade (preferred).
  • 5 - 10 years of experience operating 5 AXIS/TREVISAN/CNC/VMC/HMC/VTL machines.
  • Familiarity with CNC controls.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and handle measuring tools.
  • Basic knowledge of tooling and offsets.
  • Willingness to work in shifts
