Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and set up VMC and HMC CNC machines as per job requirements.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, tool paths, and programs.
  • Load and unload workpieces, tools, and fixtures.
  • Ensure proper tool selection, offset setting, and part measurement using gauges and instruments.
  • Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy and finish.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
  • Record production data and maintain job documentation.
  • Report any deviations, tool wear, or machine issues to the supervisor.
  • Follow all safety and quality standards in the workplace.

equirements:

  • Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5years as a VMC/HMC Operator
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and use measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height gauge).
  • Basic understanding of CNC programming and tool paths.
  • Good attention to detail and teamwork skills.
