The successful candidate will be responsible for doing all administrative tasks related to Corporate Actions. Candidate will be required to ensure the accurate and timely processing of Corporate Action events and should be willing to work in a 2:30 am to 11:30 pm shift.As a Corporate Actions Analyst, your roles and responsibilities will be:- Processing of all Corporate Action events -both Mandatory and Voluntary accurately within IG systems.- Sending Client emails describing corporate action events and election choices.- Collation of Client instructions - Preparation of Client Bookings- Posting of Client Dividends across product ranges in different IG systems- Synthetic Dividend reconciliation- Handling client queries and queries from helpdesk - Processing of Stock Transfers- Update static data in IG internal systems accurately- Resolving reconciliation issues arising out of Corporate Action events.- Handle multiple transformation projects in Corporate actions and collaborate with multiple teams for project deliveryWho we areWe've been changing the financial services game since we were founded in 1974, when we invented a whole new category of trading.
