Corporate Actions - Incomes and Taxes Department

We're hiring for Corporate Actions - Incomes and Taxes Department.

Join our Incomes and Taxes team, where you'll play a key role in managing income events such as dividends, stock loans, and fixed payments, ensuring accurate processing, fiscal compliance, and seamless coordination across global business lines.

Experience: 2-5 Years

What You'll Do

  • Capture and analyze income events across global markets
  • Ensure correct booking and reconciliation of events from announcement to paydate
  • Communicate event terms to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Apply accurate fiscal treatments and produce documentation for tax authorities
  • Handle claims and receivables in line with compliance policies
  • Maintain and improve tracking systems and operational procedures
  • Collaborate with trading desks, custodians, and network agents

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics
  • Fluency in English (French is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of financial instruments and market operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong team spirit and a client-focused mindset
  • Experience in income processing, reconciliations, or tax documentation is a plus
