Establish and monitor psychometric properties of tests through pilot testing and data analysis
Collaborate with subject matter experts, content developers, and data teams to ensure content accuracy and psychometric soundness
Generate technical documentation and psychometric reports to support assessment deployments
Ensure assessments meet standards for fairness, accessibility, and legal defensibility
Use statistical tools (preferably SPSS) for item analysis and psychometric modeling (e.g., Classical Test Theory, Item Response Theory)
Familiarity with international testing standards (e.g., APA, AERA, NCME guidelines)
Candidate profile:
Advanced degree in psychometrics, statistics, or a related field.
Continued education and professional development in psychometrics.
Expertise in statistical analysis methods and tools.
Ability to interpret and apply statistical results to enhance assessment validity.
Familiarity with test construction, validation, and standardization processes.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and address measurement challenges.
