Solar Lead

Job Objective:To lead the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team in ensuring the effective and efficient performance of green energy systems, with a focus on solar energy projects. The role involves managing O&M activities, optimizing system performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.3. Key Responsibilities:Ø Find potential customers interested in solar projects and convert them into clients.

Develop strategies to attract leads through various channels. Ø Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Ensure their satisfaction and loyalty through regular communication and support.

Ø Analyze current market trends and study competitors to refine sales strategies. Identify opportunities for growth and stay competitive. Ø Create customized proposals and quotations for clients based on their needs.

Ensure that the solutions are tailored to each client's specific requirements. Ø Strive to meet or exceed sales and revenue goals set by the company. Use effective selling techniques to drive sales performance.

Ø Educate clients about the benefits and workings of solar energy systems. Provide clear and accurate information to help them make informed decisions. Ø Engage in discussions with clients to negotiate terms and close deals successfully.

Aim to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Ø Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish. Address any issues that arise during the project.

Ø Keep accurate records of all activities and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Maintain organized documentation for reference. Ø Provide after-sales service to address any client concerns.

Seek referrals from satisfied customers to generate new leads. Ø Oversee the seamless transfer of completed projects to the Operations & Maintenance team. Ensure that clients are satisfied with the final outcome.4.

Required Qualifications:Ø Total Experience – 15-18 YearsØ Qualification – BE (Full Time Education is compulsory, Diploma & Distance Learning will be not considered)Ø Languages Known- English, HindiØ Industry-Green energy- Solar power5. Core Competencies:Ø Ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians and engineers.

Ø Proficiency in analyzing system performance data and identifying areas for improvement. Ø In-depth knowledge of solar energy systems and green energy technologies. Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

Ø Strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues promptly.6. Technical Skills:Ø Proficiency in using monitoring tools and software for tracking system performance. Ø Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures for solar energy systems.

Ø Ability to diagnose and fix technical issues related to green energy systems. Ø Experience in analyzing performance data and generating reports. Ø Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to green energy O&M.7.

Experience Requirements:Ø The ideal candidate will be a Supply Chain or Operations professional with at least 15-18 years operations experience across all functional areas of Indian operations within a fast-paced, B2B and DTC/B2B electrical appliance or similar value chain. Ø This leader must have proven ability in partnering with and influencing cross functional internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.9.
