Job Description:

As a Business Development Intern at Arete Consultants Private Limited, you will play a vital role in assisting the business development team with various projects aimed at expanding our client base and building partnerships. This internship will provide hands-on experience in documentation work, market research, lead generation, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's market presence.
  • Help in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other relevant documents.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and provide recommendations to improve business strategies.
  • Manage customer data and maintain CRM software with up-to-date information.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and responding to client inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for business growth.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus but not required.
