Location: Delhi , Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Banglore, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Coimbitore , Ghaziabad

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 6-14 Years (Flexible based on role level)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering, with the ability to build scalable applications that leverage AI to solve real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers) for business applications.
  • Develop end-to-end AI pipelines including data preprocessing, model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
  • Implement prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), Agentic AI , Azure Congnitive and model optimization techniques to improve performance.
  • Integrate AI models into production-ready applications via APIs and microservices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, ML engineers, product teams) to align AI solutions with business needs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Gen AI, NLP, computer vision, and multimodal models.
  • Ensure solutions comply with security, scalability, and ethical AI standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, etc.).
  • Experience in fine-tuning, training, and deploying LLMs.
  • Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB) for RAG implementations.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience building Gen AI-powered applications (chatbots, copilots, content generators, recommendation systems).
  • Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.
  • Knowledge of multimodal AI (text, image, audio, video) is desirable.
  • Contributions to open-source Gen AI projects are a strong plus.

Education

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
  • Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
