Job Description

The Gen AI Senior Developer will lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a special focus on AgentForce capabilities. The role requires a unique blend of deep AI/ML expertise, hands-on Salesforce development experience, and strong business understanding to deliver scalable, intelligent applications that enhance user experience and automation across customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Gen AI solutions integrated with Salesforce, including prompts, APIs, and intelligent assistants.

Develop and customize Salesforce components (Lightning Web Components, Apex, Flows) for AgentForce use cases.

Leverage Salesforce's Einstein GPT, OpenAI APIs, or similar technologies to build intelligent agent experiences.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business teams to translate needs into AI-powered functionalities.

Ensure scalability, security, and ethical use of Gen AI within the Salesforce platform.

Monitor AI model performance, manage fine-tuning, and continually improve outcomes based on user feedback.

Drive innovation through proof-of-concepts and pilot solutions using Gen AI in contact center and agent enablement scenarios.

Mentor junior developers on AI integration, Salesforce best practices, and new platform capabilities.

Key Performance Indicators:

Number of Gen AI use cases delivered in Salesforce.

Adoption and satisfaction rates of AgentForce and AI-driven features.

Accuracy and relevance of AI responses and automations.

Reduction in average handling time (AHT) or manual workload for agents.

Deployment cycle time for Gen AI-powered solutions.

Business value generated through AI automation (e.g., increased CSAT, lead conversion, resolution rates).

Qualificaton:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or related fields.

Salesforce certifications preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, or Einstein certifications.

Certifications or proven experience with Generative AI platforms (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, etc.).

Experience in deploying AI models in enterprise environments is a strong plus.

Functional Skills/Competencies:

Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Builder.

Hands-on experience with Einstein GPT, AgentForce, and Salesforce Service Cloud.

Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and AI model integration with Salesforce.

Familiarity with conversational AI frameworks, vector databases, and prompt engineering.

Understanding of call center automation, agent assist, and knowledge search solutions.

Experience with version control tools (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery methods.
