About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Android Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in core Android development frameworks and tools, with a proven track record of delivering robust applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
  • Work extensively with Android Studio and modern frameworks (Jetpack Compose, MVC, MVI, RoomDB, Terabase).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
  • Debug, optimize, and improve application performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Android trends, libraries, and best practices.

Core Skills Required

  • Strong experience with Kotlin and Java.
  • Proficiency in Android Studio.
  • Hands-on expertise in Jetpack Compose, MVC, MVI, RoomDB, Terabase.

Additional Skills (Preferred / Expected as Standard)

  • Retrofit for API integrations.
  • Coroutines for asynchronous programming.
  • Dependency Injection frameworks (e.g., Dagger/Hilt).
  • Flutter for cross-platform development (basic to intermediate exposure).
  • Git and version control best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of proven Android development experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
