Job Overview

We are hiring a Business Analyst – Office of the Director to support our senior leadership with business operations, financial analysis, and coordination activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience in finance, accounts, or business analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director with reports, presentations, data analysis, and documentation
  • Prepare financial summaries, MIS reports, and dashboards
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and follow-ups for internal projects
  • Manage documentation, filing systems, and data records
  • Support in analyzing business information to help with decision-making
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Assist in team communication and planning internal reviews or meetings

Required Qualifications

  • MBA in Finance (preferred) or Graduation in Finance/Accounts/Commerce
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and office tools
  • Ability to multitask and work with accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship experience in finance, accounts, business analysis, or operations
  • Basic understanding of budgeting, expense tracking, or process documentation
