Job Description:

Agarwal Rajesh K & Associates is seeking a dedicated Accounts Executive who has strong accounting knowledge. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting, taxation, and financial compliance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain books of accounts, general ledger, and financial records.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and income tax compliance, including return filings.
  • Prepare financial statements and management reports.
  • Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Support senior finance professionals in financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

  • CA Inter / CA dropout with strong accounting knowledge.
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and tax laws.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
