Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally software.
- Prepare GST returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle TDS return filing and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities.
- Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or trends.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP software and knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GST regulations.
- Familiarity with TDS laws and procedures for TDS return filing.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
- Relevant certifications such as CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent would be an advantage.
