Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Associate located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, assisting clients in selecting suitable real estate solutions, conducting market research to understand client needs, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role also includes preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and various stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management and Communication Skills to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Real Estate Knowledge and Market Research capabilities, with the ability to analyze and understand trends and customer needs.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills to present proposals, handle client inquiries, and close deals effectively.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills for multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic software for documentation and communication purposes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in real estate, leasing, or sales will be an advantage.
