Role Overview

We're seeking a
motivated, tech-savvy Sales Associate
to join our growing team in Toronto. You'll help expand our footprint across Canada's multifamily and residential real estate market—connecting with builders, property managers, and system integrators to demonstrate how Y5Home transforms properties into smart living ecosystems.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Conduct engaging product demos and client presentations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, developers, and partners
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure customer success
  • Meet and exceed sales goals with creativity and persistence

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years
    of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Background in PropTech, IoT, real estate, or construction preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter comfortable in a start-up environment
  • Based in Canada and eligible to work here

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (required / in progress)
