About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and goal-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate or inside sales, and will play a key role in driving sales of premium villa projects by connecting with potential buyers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the home-buying journey.

Key Responsibilities:


• Call and engage with warm leads provided by the marketing team


• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right villa options


• Share project details, pricing, approvals, amenities, and floor plans confidently


• Build rapport and follow up regularly to nurture leads toward site visits


• Schedule and coordinate site visits, ensuring a seamless experience for the client


• Maintain CRM with updated client interactions and follow-up statuses


• Work towards achieving monthly targets on lead conversion and site visits


• Collaborate with the field sales team for closures and customer handholding

Requirements:

. 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales / Telecalling / inside sales

· Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu

· Confidence, persuasion skills, and a result-driven attitude

· Basic knowledge of real estate sales cycle and property documentation is a plus

· Willingness to work on weekends with weekly off on a weekday

· Must have a bike 2-wheeler / Driver's license (Mandatory).

· Qualification: Graduates and post graduates are eligible
