We are currently seeking a
Junior Graphic Designer
who brings strong conceptual thinking, refined design skills, and a deep understanding of branding and audience behaviour. This role is ideal for someone who can transform briefs into impactful visual communication while aligning with both the brand vision and campaign objectives.

Role Overview:

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Optiminastic, you will lead creative execution across multiple clients and platforms. You will work closely with the strategy, content, and performance teams to develop visuals that engage, convert, and communicate clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality visuals for digital platforms including social media, performance ads, websites, pitch decks, and more.
  • Translate strategic briefs into compelling visual stories that align with brand identity and resonate with the intended audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design aligns with marketing goals, campaign tone, and platform best practices.
  • Take ownership of visual direction across multiple projects and ensure consistency in brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Mentor junior designers and interns, ensuring quality output and professional development.
  • Stay current with design trends, digital innovation, and evolving audience behaviors to bring fresh perspectives to the table.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 0.5 to 1.5 year of professional experience in a design or creative role within an agency or in-house brand team.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and XD/Figma is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and digital design principles.
  • Ability to think strategically about design—understanding not just how it looks, but why it works.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with lifestyle, D2C, or youth-centric brands is an advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
