Senior Solution Architect

Location: Architect and design complex Teamcenter solutions, focusing on enterprise-wide scalability, performance, and maintainability.

• Develop comprehensive solution roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
• Provide expert guidance on Teamcenter best practices, integration strategies, and technology selection.
• Lead the development of custom solution designs and definitions for large-scale, strategic projects.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their long-term business goals and challenges.
• Conduct in-depth client assessments and requirements gathering sessions.
• Develop and present strategic solution proposals and recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Architect and implement advanced Active Workspace configurations and customizations.
• Design and implement complex server-side customizations to enhance core Teamcenter functionality.
• Utilize and optimize Teamcenter integration frameworks like T4EA, T4S, and T4O.
• Ensure seamless integration of Teamcenter with other enterprise systems.
• Lead the architectural vision and implementation of large-scale Teamcenter projects.
• Drive project execution using Agile methodologies, ensuring iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Manage architectural risks and dependencies, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and developers.
• Stay abreast of the latest PLM trends and technologies.
• Contribute to the development of internal best practices and methodologies.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the PLM practice.
• Share knowledge and expertise through presentations, workshops, and 10-15 years of experience in designing, consulting, and implementing Teamcenter solutions.

Technical Expertise:

• Expert-level knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, customization, and integration.
• Extensive experience with Active Workspace configuration and customization.
• Deep understanding of server-side Teamcenter customizations.
• Proven experience with Teamcenter integration frameworks (T4EA, T4S, T4O).
• Strong PLM functional and technical skills.

Client Interaction & Consulting: Proven experience in direct client interaction for strategic assessments, requirements gathering, and solution design. Project Leadership: Proven experience in leading the architectural design and implementation of large-scale Teamcenter projects. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills. Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced certifications in Teamcenter or related PLM technologies.
• Experience with cloud-based Teamcenter deployments and architectures.
• Experience with leading large, multi-year PLM transformation projects.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
