
Telecaller Sales Executive

Lead Generation: Identifying and pursuing potential customers through various methods, including cold calling and following up on leads.
Sales Calls: Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Sales Closing: Successfully closing sales deals over the phone by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs, notes, and sales data.
Following Scripts and Strategies: Adhering to company sales scripts and strategies while also being able to improvise and adapt to individual customer needs.
Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company information
