About the Role:

We're looking for a technically skilled and creatively driven 3D Animator to manage full-pipeline animation projects from concept to final delivery. This role demands precision, speed, and ownership across modeling, animation, rendering, and post-production. You'll collaborate with creative and product teams to deliver polished, production-ready visuals that elevate our brand and product storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete 3D workflow from start to finish, including:

– Modeling

– Texturing

– Rigging (if needed)

– Animation

– Lighting & rendering

– Compositing

– Basic VFX

– Sound integration

  • Deliver fully polished, production-ready final videos
  • Build custom 3D models from scratch — not reliant on pre-made internet assets
  • Apply detailed textures that enhance realism and brand consistency
  • Animate product visuals with precision and creativity
  • Execute lighting setups and render scenes for clarity, performance, and polish
  • Integrate basic VFX elements to enhance storytelling
  • Work closely with creative, product, and marketing teams to align animation with brand goals
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and delivery timelines clearly and proactively
  • Take full ownership of assigned animation projects
  • Deliver high-quality work on tight timelines without compromising detail or consistency
  • Maintain organized project files and adhere to brand guidelines

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in VFX simulations, especially water-like fluids and similar effects
  • Ability to model assets independently — not reliant on pre-made libraries
  • Proficiency in 3D animation tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, Houdini)
  • Understanding of lighting, rendering, and post-production workflows
  • Strong visual storytelling instincts and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple animation projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Character animation (nice-to-have, but not essential for current workload)
  • Experience with motion graphics or compositing tools (e.g., After Effects, Nuke)
  • Familiarity with product visualization for eCommerce or tech brands
  • Creativity — someone who can bring original visual ideas and creative thinking into the animation process
  • Professional showreel — not mandatory, but definitely a plus if it demonstrates versatility and polish
