We need a talented **3D Game Animator** with a strong grasp of **animation principles** and a keen eye for movement. You'll focus on **character and weapon animation**, integrating them seamlessly into game engines.

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality **3D animations for characters, props, and guns**.
- Work with designers and programmers to ensure animations support gameplay.
- Rig and skin assets for animation.
- Implement animations in **Unreal Engine** (Blueprints, State Machines, Blend Spaces).
- Use **Autodesk Maya or Blender** for animation.
- Contribute to animation tasks using **iClone 8** (training provided if you're a fast learner).
- Iterate on animations based on feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- **Proven experience as a 3D Animator** in gaming, with a **strong portfolio of game animation work**.
- **Strong understanding of animation principles and body mechanics.**:

- **Proficiency in Autodesk Maya or Blender.**:

- **Solid understanding of Unreal Engine for animation integration.**:

- Ability to create realistic and stylized animations.
- Experience with character rigging and skinning.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- **Strong willingness and ability to learn new software quickly, especially iClone 8.**:

- A passion for video games and animation.
