About Us: E-classifieds platform with 20K+ downloads, featuring e-auctions, carpooling, and community marketplace. Looking for a reliable developer to optimize and grow with us.

Tech Stack: (TypeScript), Flutter (Dart/BLoC), MongoDB, AWS

What You'll Do:

  • Audit and optimize existing codebase (first 2 weeks)
  • Fix critical bugs and improve app stability
  • Implement strategic features for growth testing
  • Handle emergencies (crashes, performance issues)
  • Deploy updates to Android & iOS

What We Need:

  • 3-5 years Flutter development experience
  • familiarity
  • Experience with inherited/legacy code
  • C​an deploy to Play Store & App Store
  • C​omfortable using remote collaboration tools
  • Available for emergency fixes
  • Self-driven, clear communicator
  • Reliable internet and work setup for remote work

What We're NOT Looking For:

  • ​Developers who want to "rewrite everything from scratch"
  • Those uncomfortable with technical debt
  • Rigid availability or poor communicators

Work Setup:

  • Fully remote - Work from anywhere in India
  • Fl​exible timing (12-16hrs/week)
  • Weekly video sync-ups (30 mins)
  • Daily brief updates via Slack/WhatsApp Collaborative tools: GitHub, [Project management tool], Zoom

Commitment:

  • 12-16 hours/week (flexible timing), available for urgent issues. Potential to scale to full-time after product-market fit validation.

Compensation:

₹25-35k/month hrs/week, based on experience and location). Scales to ₹50-80k/month when moving to full-time. Performance bonuses + potential equity for exceptional long-term contributors.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days):

  • ​Code assessment report with recommendations (Week 2)
  • Critical bugs fixed, app stability improved (Week 4)
  • Strategic features implemented (Week 8)
  • Quick response to emergencies (Throughout)
  • Consistent communication and updates
