About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Flutter Developer with up to 2 years of experience to join our remote development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real-world projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for Android and iOS platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver smooth and responsive user experiences.
  • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize app performance.
  • Participate in regular code reviews and team discussions.
  • Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends and Flutter updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Flutter and Dart development.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, state management, and API integration.
  • Familiarity with Firebase, Git, and version control workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of app deployment to the Play Store and App Store.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Must have their own system (laptop or desktop) with a stable internet connection to work remotely.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Basic knowledge of backend integration or UI/UX design principles.
  • Prior experience working in a remote environment.
