Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Planning Lead based in Hyderabad. The Plant Planning Lead will oversee planning and scheduling of production processes, ensuring optimal use of resources to meet organizational objectives. Responsibilities include monitoring production performance, coordinating with multiple departments to streamline operations, and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity. The successful candidate will also be responsible for inventory management, demand forecasting, and addressing potential bottlenecks in the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in production planning, capacity planning, and resource optimization
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply chain principles
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools for process improvement
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related industries is a significant advantage
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or relevant technical discipline
