Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site supervision, project planning, structural evaluation, and vendor coordination. You'll play a key role in ensuring that our residential and commercial developments meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and manage civil construction projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee site execution, including structural, architectural, and finishing works.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and building codes.
  • Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and material evaluations.
  • Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and progress updates for management.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate, residential, or commercial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, structural design, and material specifications.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Jodhpur's local regulations and building norms is an advantage.
