What we are looking for
- 14+ years of progressive experience in Facilities & Administration, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, vendor management, contracts, and financial management.
- Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.

Job Description
- Proven track record in managing large facilities (>2000 employees) in a multinational / GCC setup.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, vendor management, contracts, and financial management.
- Demonstrated expertise in facilities technology systems (CAFM, BMS, Access Control, Visitor Management).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across global and local leadership.
- Preferably certified in NEBOSH / IOSH / PMP / Six Sigma or related workplace safety/facilities certifications.
- Consistent delivery of world class facilities experience aligned to Paychex global standards
- Cost efficiency and budget compliance without compromising employee experience.
- Positive outcomes in employee satisfaction surveys related to workplace experience.
- Zero non-compliances in health, safety, and regulatory audits.
- Strong vendor relationships and measurable service level improvements.
