Role OverviewWe're looking for a highly motivated Intern - Operations (Demand) to join our team. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations across warehouse, logistics, and inventory management to ensure smooth order fulfillment and optimal stock levels.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in demand planning and inventory management across warehouses.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and vendors to ensure timely dispatches and deliveries.
- Support in order processing, PO creation, and stock reconciliation.
- Track forward and RTO (Return to Origin) shipments, and assist in resolving logistics issues.
- Maintain and update Excel-based trackers for demand, dispatches, and inventory.
- Collaborate with the operations and warehouse teams to streamline daily workflows.
- 0–1 year of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in e-commerce or D2C.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
