We are a performance-driven digital marketing agency focused on delivering measurable organic growth for clients across diverse industries. Our SEO strategies are built on innovation, data, and a deep understanding of user intent — optimized for the evolving search landscape, including AI, voice, and generative experiences.
We are now looking for a strategic, detail-oriented SEO Executive who can take charge of client projects and ensure top-tier results across On-Page, Technical, and Local SEO — with a modern understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and SGE (Search Generative Experience) optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits (On-Page, Technical, and Content) and create actionable improvement plans.
- Execute On-Page SEO strategies — meta tags, headings, internal linking, schema markup, image optimization, and CTR improvements.
- Implement Technical SEO enhancements — site speed, crawlability, indexation, mobile-first optimization, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
- Perform keyword research aligned with intent, SERP features, and AI/SGE-based search trends.
- Optimize for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) — create and refine content for featured snippets, People Also Ask boxes, and voice search.
- Manage GEO / Local SEO strategies — optimize Google Business Profiles, citations, local landing pages, and localized content.
- Analyze and report SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and SurferSEO (or equivalent).
- Stay updated on Google's SGE rollout, algorithm updates, and evolving SEO trends to adapt strategies proactively.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
- Present insights, strategies, and monthly reports to clients or internal stakeholders.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong command of On-Page & Technical SEO fundamentals — HTML, schema markup, site architecture, and content optimization.
- Proven experience with GEO / Local SEO optimization and multi-location SEO management.
- Familiarity with AEO and strategies for voice & featured snippet optimization.
- Understanding of SGE (Search Generative Experience) and ability to adapt SEO strategies for AI-driven search results.
- Expertise in keyword intent mapping and content optimization for AI and human readers alike.
- Hands-on experience with leading SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights, etc.
- Ability to interpret analytics data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- Experience in a digital marketing agency environment managing multiple clients.
- Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or related areas (nice to have).
