Job Title: Sales Associate – Fintech / B2B / Banking / SaaS
Location: Mumbai (On-site)
Experience Level: 1–4 years (Open to tech-savvy freshers with strong communication skills)
About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Associate who combines a passion for technology with a drive for
sales. The ideal candidate will understand the dynamics of Fintech, B2B, Banking, or SaaS
sectors and be eager to build lasting relationships with clients while helping them adopt
innovative tech-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and present
tailored solutions.
● Generate leads through networking, research, and outbound prospecting.
● Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align customer needs with product
capabilities.
● Conduct product demos, presentations, and workshops to showcase our offerings.
● Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
● Track and report sales performance metrics, pipeline progress, and feedback.
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in
fintech and SaaS.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
● 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success in
Fintech, B2B, SaaS, or Banking sectors (freshers with tech & sales aptitude are
welcome).
● Strong communication and presentation skills — ability to explain technical concepts
simply.
● Tech-savvy and comfortable discussing software solutions with clients.
● Proven track record (or potential) for achieving sales targets and building client
relationships.
● Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
● Understanding of SaaS-based sales cycles and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
● Familiarity with APIs, digital payments, or B2B software products.
● A consultative approach to selling – focusing on solving client problems.
