Internal Communications Specialist

Role & responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with various departments across the organization, including HR, Technology, and Operations, to effectively communicate new programs, processes, and initiatives to relevant audiences through a multi-channel approach.
  • Manage and maintain internal communication channels, such as the intranet, email newsletters, and on news app, to facilitate efficient and effective communication.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary to continuously improve employee engagement.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication skills.
  • Pays attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to effectively represent the brand voice, tone, and style in all internal communication initiatives.

Educational Qualification/ Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (min. 5 years) in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced and corporate environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences and channels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated creativity and ability to think strategically, translating concepts into compelling and engaging content.
  • Familiarity with measurement and analytics tools to evaluate the impact of communications initiatives.
  • Video editing and/or graphic design experience is a plus point.
