Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Internal Communications Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives and ensuring timely communication with employees.


About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver impactful communication through various channels. You will also be responsible for managing all communications collateral and branding for large internal organizational events.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end employee engagement strategies.
  • Manage cross-functional committees and teams to execute specific activities.
  • Ensure consistent approach to all internal communications.
  • Deliver high-quality communications collateral in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute HR campaigns.
  • End-to-end execution of HR newsletters and updates on the employee voice portal.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in design software.
  • Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or Marketing.
