Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated System Admin Assistant & Admin to support our IT and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist the System Administrator in maintaining IT infrastructure, while also handling routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:System Administration Support:

  • Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, networks, and systems.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Provide technical support to staff, both in-person and remotely.
  • Maintain asset and inventory records of IT equipment.
  • Support data backup and system security procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement or repairs.

General Administration:

  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Handle courier, file management, and other admin tasks.
  • Support facilities management (cleanliness, maintenance coordination, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any relevant field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, networking concepts, and computer hardware.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
