About us:

We are a leading medical equipment manufacturing company dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes through innovative products. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting,bookkeeping, and financial reporting, with a good working knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and follow-up.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
  • Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com, )
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software
