Job Description: 

Location: Gurgaon (Work from office – 3 days a week)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years as Technical Product Owner (preferably in Banking/Financial Services domain)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Product Owner to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in product ownership within the banking sector, combined with strong technical knowledge across APIs, infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines. The role will focus on driving the delivery of data-centric products that enhance business outcomes and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
  • Drive the development of API-first and data-centric products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Partner with infrastructure and DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and support continuous delivery.
  • Define and track key product metrics, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Act as the primary bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring value delivery at every stage.

Skills & Qualifications : 

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in the banking or financial services domain.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, infrastructure management, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with data-driven products and familiarity with data platforms, governance, and analytics.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in an agile environment and deliver complex technical products.
  • Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred but not mandatory).
