Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele sales Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting potential customers, introducing our services, building strong client relationships, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain and promote the company's products/services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure successful conversion.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tele sales/telemarketing/customer service (preferred, but freshers can also apply).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Good command over [English/Hindi/Regional Language as required].
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Experience in tele sales or customer service is an added advantage.
