About the Role

Our client (Semi Govt entity) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Marketing Executive to support strategic marketing, outreach, and lead generation efforts for a national initiative focused on R&D infrastructure sharing and scientific collaboration. The role involves driving visibility, onboarding research institutions, and engaging stakeholders across academia, industry, and government.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Outreach

  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and onboard universities, R&D institutions, and relevant councils.
  • Engage with decision-makers to promote platform adoption and increase researcher participation.

Industry & Institutional Engagement

  • Identify and connect with research institutions, funding agencies, and policy influencers for collaboration opportunities.
  • Organize events, webinars, and workshops to drive engagement and awareness.

Stakeholder Management

  • Foster partnerships with scientific councils, research bodies, and government agencies to build support and advocacy.

Regional Expansion

  • Support establishment of satellite centers in key research locations.
  • Drive regional engagement through an ambassador program by identifying and onboarding research representatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, outreach, or lead generation—preferably in research, academia, SaaS, or public sector initiatives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and content creation is a plus.
  • Ability to engage with policy stakeholders, academic leaders, and institutional heads.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time, work-from-office position (based in Bangalore).
  • May require occasional travel for events or institutional visits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (MBA preferred).

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms is desirable.
