About the Founders:

ZILO is co-founded by Padmakumar Pal and Bhavik Jhaveri, both seasoned professionals

with extensive experience in the fashion and retail industry. Padmakumar brings a wealth of

knowledge in retail operations and strategy, having held leadership roles in prominent

fashion retail companies. Bhavik complements this with a strong background in digital

innovation and brand development, contributing to the creation of customer-centric fashion

experiences. Together, they lead ZILO with a shared vision of transforming the fashion retail

landscape through innovation and customer obsession.

Funding and Growth:

ZILO has raised capital at the seed stage funding from one of India's leading 2 Venture

Capitalist.

What You'll Do


Financial Planning & Analysis:
Own key MIS reporting, track revenue, margins,

and cost metrics on a real-time basis.

 Business Partnering:
Work closely with founders and functional teams to align financial

goals with operational decisions.


Unit Economics & Cohorts:
Analyze CAC, LTV and other demand related metrics

 Drive efficiency in supply chain process


Budgeting & Variance:
Prepare budgets, AOP< MOP, monitor variances, and recommend

actionable insights.


Reporting:
Create dashboards for leadership — sales, P&L, cash flow, and growth

metrics.


Investor Readiness:
Support fundraising, due diligence, and board reporting by ensuring

numbers are crisp and consistent.


Process Building:
Help set up scalable financial processes from scratch, rather than just

maintaining them.

What We're Looking For

 Education: CA and MBA in Finance


Experience:
2-5 years
in business finance, FP&A, or consulting; prior exposure to

ecommerce
or
D2C
brands is a strong plus. Preferable from
Start-Up
company.

 Skills: Strong Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling; Comfort with MIS,

dashboards, and data analysis; Analytical mindset with a bias for action.

 Traits: High ownership and comfort in a zero-to-one environment; Ability to thrive

under speed and ambiguity; Eager to work directly with founders and leadership.
