Together, they lead ZILO with a shared vision of transforming the fashion retaillandscape through innovation and customer obsession.Funding and Growth:ZILO has raised capital at the seed stage funding from one of India's leading 2 VentureCapitalist.What You'll DoFinancial Planning & Analysis:Own key MIS reporting, track revenue, margins,and cost metrics on a real-time basis. Business Partnering:Work closely with founders and functional teams to align financialgoals with operational decisions.Unit Economics & Cohorts:Analyze CAC, LTV and other demand related metrics Drive efficiency in supply chain processBudgeting & Variance:Prepare budgets, AOP< MOP, monitor variances, and recommendactionable insights.Reporting:Create dashboards for leadership — sales, P&L, cash flow, and growthmetrics.Investor Readiness:Support fundraising, due diligence, and board reporting by ensuringnumbers are crisp and consistent.Process Building:Help set up scalable financial processes from scratch, rather than justmaintaining them.What We're Looking For Education: CA and MBA in FinanceExperience:2-5 yearsin business finance, FP&A, or consulting; prior exposure toecommerceorD2Cbrands is a strong plus.
