Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and qualified Physics Faculty (PGT/TGT) who can inspire curiosity, develop conceptual understanding, and foster a scientific temper among students. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in Physics, innovative teaching skills, and a commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons as per the CBSE curriculum for middle and senior school students.
  • Explain complex concepts through practical demonstrations, experiments, and real-life applications.
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and digital resources to support interactive learning.
  • Design and evaluate class tests, assignments, and examinations to assess student progress.
  • Encourage scientific thinking, inquiry-based learning, and participation in science fairs or Olympiads.
  • Integrate technology into classroom teaching (e.g., smart boards, simulations, and digital tools).
  • Maintain discipline, a positive classroom environment, and respect for diversity.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members for interdisciplinary and project-based learning.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.

Qualifications & Experience:

For PGT (Senior Secondary Classes):

  • Postgraduate degree (M.Sc. in Physics or Applied Physics) from a recognized university.
  • B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level in a reputed CBSE/ICSE school preferred.

  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to make learning interactive, hands-on, and enjoyable.
