Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote lights, wires, and cables products across B2B and B2C segments.
  • Identify new business opportunities, channels, and markets to increase brand presence.
  • Plan and implement campaigns (digital, print, exhibitions, trade fairs, dealer meets).
  • Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee branding, product positioning, and promotional activities
  • Prepare reports and present marketing performance metrics to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 58 years of experience in marketing within the lights, wires, or cables industry (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of dealer/distributor network and B2B marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to design and implement end-to-end marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM, and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
