HealthCompiler
 is redefining healthcare solutions with innovative technology. We are seeking a motivated 
Account Executive
 to join our Sales team in Pune (On-site/Hybrid) to drive revenue, ensure customer success, and work closely with marketing for demand generation. This role is ideal for candidates comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment with ambitious targets.

What You'll Do

Drive end-to-end sales processes — from lead qualification to deal closure — targeting new and existing accounts.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support demand generation campaigns and convert qualified leads into customers.

Manage key client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.

Achieve individual sales quotas contributing to a yearly $500K revenue target.

Work within the sales captaincy structure to prioritize accounts and optimize territory performance.

Provide market feedback to marketing and product teams to refine campaigns and offerings.

Maintain accurate sales reporting and CRM updates.

Support customer success in coordination with engineering and product teams.

Participate in strategy meetings to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales processes.

Who You Are

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare SaaS or AI services.

Strong customer success orientation with excellent relationship management skills.

Familiarity with US market setup, business norms, and time zones.

Target-driven and capable of achieving aggressive sales quotas.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Team player, able to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations.

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software.

High ownership & agency — identifies opportunities, moves fast, and executes independently.

Detail-oriented with disciplined follow-through on commitments.

 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
