Expectations: years of experience, with at least 3-5 years in a technical leadership role.

You will be responsible for leading a team of developers and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with designers, project managers, and developers to develop innovative solutions that meet clients business needs. You will be expected to solve complex problems and provide creative solutions using Technology.

Responsibilities:

Primary:

Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure they work effectively and efficiently.

Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to develop technical solutions that meet project requirements and business needs.

Conduct code reviews, ensuring code is well-written, maintainable, and scalable.

Participate in project scoping and estimation to provide technical input and identify potential risks and issues.

Ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Secondary:

Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.

Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, recommending how they can be used to improve our projects and processes.

Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure and work on ways to automate and improve development processes.

At least 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of developers.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.

Proficiency in at least two of the following: web development, mobile development, cloud technologies, or analytics.

Solid understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.

Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.

Experience with common integrations like IAM, SSO, Payment gateways.

Experience working with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento.

Experience working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

Familiarity with project management tools, such as JIRA or Asana.

Proficiency with Git.

Strong understanding of security measures and threats.

Proficiency with key technologies: NodeJS, NextJS, NuxtJS, Python, Django, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Strapi, ReactJS, VueJS, Magento, Shopify.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
